For 37 years, Rick has successfully negotiated tax reductions all over the Southeast. He was responsible for over $12,000,000 in tax savings for 2008. Rick's career started at the Fulton County Tax Office, where he worked for five years. With his experience on both sides of the desk, Rick is able to work the most complex properties and achieve huge tax savings.

Rick is a licensed appraiser and real estate agent in the State of Georgia. He is a registered agent with the Tennessee State Board of Equalization.

Rick is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
