Over the past 20 years, Andy has handled property tax appeal work throughout the Southeast. He has conducted valuations and appeared before State-Level Boards in Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Kentucky and has served as an expert witness in Superior Court in the State of Georgia. Andy was responsible for over $1,700,000 in tax savings for 2008. 

 He holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation and is a MAI General Associate.

 Andy has completed the training through the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and has received the SR/WA designation and R/W-AC designation. 

Andy is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Georgia. He is also a licensed instructor with the Georgia Real Estate Commission-Appraisal Division.

Andy is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a B.B.A. in Business Management.
